This article describes a known behavior with Enterprise Dashboard. Some Master Licensed Sub-estate(s) appear to stop pulling the license from the Master license and revert back to Individual licensing. The following sections are covered:

Master licensing has been restored for the affected Sophos Central customers and partners. We will continue to monitor for any future issues with Master Licensing. Please notify Sophos Support if you continue to experience any issues.
