If an Android device is configured with a Google account and then wiped, it can only be used again if the same Google account is entered during the setup of the device.
This can lead to unusable devices if a private Google account was used on a company phone. Therefore, Google introduced the Factory Reset Protection (FRP) for Android Enterprise. Admins can define which other Google accounts can "unlock" wiped devices. All they need is the Google ID of their Google account(s).
To get this Google ID follow these steps:
