January 31st 2019 - Sophos is aware of an issue where some Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboard administrators have been unable to log into the Enterprise Dashboard even if they have successfully reset their password.
The error seen is "Authentication Failed" even when entering in the correct and newly changed password.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboard
Some Sophos Central Enterprise Dashboard customers may not be able to log into their Dashboards.
Sophos Engineering is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please raise a Technical Support case with Sophos so that we can help you address the log in issue in the interim of this being resolved.
