Sophos Central Partner Dashboard- When managed customers are removed from the Partner Dashboard if they had Global Policy templates associated to them they are not getting removed.

Overview

When Customers are no longer showing and being managed in the Partner Dashboard, If they had configured Global Policy templates they will still show up in the customer list of global templates in the partner dashboard.

What to do

You will be unable to remove the remaining global policy entries that are still showing for customers that are no longer being listed and managed in your partner dashboard.

Please contact support to make them aware that you are experiencing this indicated behavior.

Current Status

Development are aware of this issue. This knowledge base article will be updated as soon as further information is provided by development.
