When Customers are no longer showing and being managed in the Partner Dashboard, If they had configured Global Policy templates they will still show up in the customer list of global templates in the partner dashboard.

You will be unable to remove the remaining global policy entries that are still showing for customers that are no longer being listed and managed in your partner dashboard.
Please contact support to make them aware that you are experiencing this indicated behavior.
