When accessing your Sophos Central Partner Dashboard you are not able to see any Sophos Central Customers.
With the introduction of the new Role Based Access Control (RBAC) in the Sophos Central Partner Dashboard, New Partner Portal users or recently enabled Partner Portal users by default will have the Partner Read Only role.

3. Please reach out to a Partner who has a Super Admin role, or a Partner Portal primary contact for this Partner account to have them apply a different role for your user account.
