This article reviews the areas where you can create either a new Trial Customer, or a new Monthly Customer account within Central Partner Dashboard.
After an account has been created, you will be able to see it under your Sophos Central Customers section. There are no email notifications sent to your customer when this is done unless/until you create an administrator for them in that account.
