There could be two possible reasons for this compliance violation. Either the Sophos Mobile Control app is not installed or the user did not grant the Mobile Control app access to the "Location Services" within iOS.
To get rid of that Compliance Violation, you should deploy the Sophos Mobile Control iOS app to your iOS devices. You can deploy the app using the application package already pre-configured within the Applications view. Once the app is installed on the iOS device, the user has to allow the access to the Location Services for the Control app. This can be done via Settings | Privacy | Location Services on the device. After the Location Services are activated for the Sophos Mobile Control app, open the app and press the Synchronize now button. As the app is now able to access the Location Services, the compliance violation should disappear.
