When opening the Console event viewer and viewing either patch assessment events or web events the following error is shown.

The console (local or remote) is installed on a member server (i.e. not a domain controller) and the time on the member server is out of sync with the domain controller by five or more minutes.
Ensure the member server's clock is synchronised with the domain controller.
