Initialsetup again and again

Question

Hello, 
 
 Today I started the configuration of a brand new XGS126. After completing the initial setup I chlick on the final "continue", then for some seconds the "Finishing" screen was shown and then I got the login page again. But after logging in again, the initialsetup started again. I tested it with different browsers. 
 Does somebody know how to stop this setup loop?

We have confirmed this is an issue when installing v19.5 MR2 during the install wizard. We have pulled back v19.5 MR2 from being available in the install wizard, so customers should not encounter this issue anymore. v19.5 MR2 is still available as an upgrade once the FW completes the install wizard and is on v19.5 MR1, the issue does not occur when installing v19.5 MR2 after install wizard is completed.

Solved !! SSH 
 - Changed Admin Password 
 - Changed Time 
 Reconnected with Web Browser and now in Sophos Central Dashboard for first time

Hey NilsSchiele1 , did not find anything suspicions in the logs you posted, try the following: > Change the IP-Address/Admin password/time via SSH > Delete the Browser Cache > switch to other browsers > disable the adblock > lastly if anything above does not work, try re-imaging the appliance.

We had this behaviour, when the Machine you are installing from (where your browser runs) was not able to reach the internet by itself. 
 Hope this helps.

Hey NilsSchiele1 , Tim Hodges & Patrick Stein this has been reported as the known issue - NC-119560 which is planned to be fixed in v19.5.3 MR-3.
