ZTNA VM is not connecting to Sophos Central

Hello,

I have a ZTNA gateway set up on a VMWare ESXi. Unfortunately, the virtual machine cannot connect to Sophos Central and the status of the gateway is still set to (ready for deployment).

What could be the reason? What settings can we check?
