Problem with installation on Windows 8.1 x64

It cannot be installed on Windows 8.1 x64. The OpenVPN service does not start. Installation on Windows 10 x64 is no problem.

Having the same issue as well on multiple Win 8.1 laptops.

Yes, i solved it by installing native OpenVPN client because for remote connect i only use SSL VPN...
