Sophos Connect 2.0 with Provisioning file : can't access with password starts with #

Hi there,

I have been testing Sophos Connect version 2.0 with provisioning file as part of upgrade from Sophos SG to Sophos XG.

Everything seems to work except for users with password that starts with special character #. It gets stuck on Authenticating when user ties to connect via provisioning file.

There is no issue with connecting with Sophos Connect using sslvpn ovpn imported from user portal. User authentication is via AD

Is this known issue ?
