Latest EAP version when connecting to SSL VPN shows OpenVPN Service is not running even though it is running in the services console. When I try to open the VPN log it opens IE but says the page cant be displayed. Already restarted the computer. This is a Windows 8.1 laptop, it seemed to install correctly but maybe something is still broken there
