Sophos XG time sync problem

Hello,

Im trying to update time in Sophos XG but it doesn't work. the time in device still less 10 minutes.

When i checked the ntpclient log i found the error below.

i tried to use a custom ntp servers from (https://www.pool.ntp.org/zone/ma), but it doesn't work.
