Sophos user portal is not accessible from the network

I have made some changes in the NAT rules and suddently i lost access of the user portal (Admin) and unable to retrieve the same. What to do? console or thru RJ45 cable?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    Yes, you would need to use a console cable to connect to the XG, then you can run this from the console

    console> System appliance-access enable

    Note: This will cause a network interruption and it will override the configured Appliance Access and allow access to all the services. If you are accessing remotely, you will be disconnected.

    Check this KB for more info.

    Try to access at that point from the LAN not over the WAN.

    If you have your XG sync with Central you can try to connect from there.
