XG DDNS and NoIP.com

Afternoon,

Has anyone had any experience with NoIP DDNS sub groups and the XG v18?

So when configured using the primary NoIP admin account, DDNS updates work fine with XG logging success every 5 minutes with the update to NoIP.

NoIP also offer sub groups, a set of credentials tied to an A record which isn't the NoIP site admin account but does have permissions to update that particular record. Only problem is it doesn't appear to work, with the XG reporting "noconnect".

NoIP support aren't especially helpful stating "groups don't work for some routers, heres a link to our linux / mac /windows dynamic update client"...

Has anyone come across this issue?
