We have the Sophos client is connecting successfully for the users with MFA. But the customer is facing slowness after connecting Sophos Connect Client.
Ping and telnet are fine, but the website is very slow on the browser. When connect to VPN SSL. Everything working fineI already open ticket but no one respond me. case#03546484

What is the current firmware version on your firewall and Sophos Connect Client?
Did you configure a full tunnel or split tunnel?

Is this website that users are complaining about hosted internally or externally?
With the split tunnel configuration, the traffic to the external website/internet will use the ISP at the user side. The traffic to the external websites won’t be routed through the VPN.
