... and you are unable to reach the second XG?
do you allow access from RED-Zone (or zone where the RED connection is placed in)
i think booth has configured the same IP-range for SSL-VPN.
So the second XG don't route packets back to SSL-VPN at first device. (run into this problem with SG-Firewall)
i would try different IP ranges: Configure/VPN-> show VPN Settings -> IPv4 lease range
