internal mail server no longer working

Hi,

I have used Sophos internal mail server to mail me a config backup since March 2019 but I have just noticed I have not had one for months. I logged onto my server and when I sent a test email I get an error asking me to check my logs but I cannot see anything in the logs at all?

Not sure where to go with this as I cannot see what the problem is?
