Hi,
just wanted to report that we finally see connected wireless clients on our WPA2 Enterprise SSIDs with RADIUS authentication.
This has never worked since we moved our APs (mostly 55c) from SG to XG.
Now after going from MR1 to MR4 and also upgrading AP firmware from 11.0.012 to 11.0.014 we can see the connected devices for the first time ever on XG. Unfortunately only the MAC and IP Addresses not the device name but thats a good start.
I could not find this fix in the change logs of XG and unfortunately Sophos did not write a publicy available release note for the wireless AP firmware.
A support case that was open for this for almost 3 months (!!) was just a waste of time, like most of my support cases. Nobody really showed interest on this issue so it was nearly only mail ping-pong with weeks of idle between.
