In the last week I had my Xg86 firewall fail with a only a red light showing on the device. Nothing works and I ended up purchasing a new device. When registering the new device I noticed that the Original device only lasted 10 months.
1. Is it still under warranty?
2. Can I send it in to get repaired to have a spare?
3. How to I get in touch with Support to file a warranty case? The portal says its down.

You can log a case with us to have our support engineer verify the device further.Currently support portal is under maintenance but you can reach out to us via call/chat support to raise the case from our support portal here : https://support.sophos.com/support/ and chose a number according to your region under Critical Cases section.
SO I transferred the license to a new XG86 that I purchased to get the network back up and functioning. So currently the old device is not currently on the active support however, it is still under a year old.The Support Portal is and has been unavailable for 3 days now and I am unable to get support.Can I send this device in to be fixed?
