XG86 Warranty

In the last week I had my Xg86 firewall fail with a only a red light showing on the device. Nothing works and I ended up purchasing a new device. When registering the new device I noticed that the Original device only lasted 10 months.

1. Is it still under warranty?

2. Can I send it in to get repaired to have a spare?

3. How to I get in touch with Support to file a warranty case? The portal says its down.

    Devices can be replaced as long as it has active support subscriptions on it. You can log a case with us to have our support engineer verify the device…
