Firewall lost connection to Sophos Central

Hello All,

We continue to get alerts from Central that a firewall has lost connections to Central. Then a few minutes later it reconnects. Every day we receive these notifications. It is annoying since we have over 60 firewalls. What is causing this alert to trigger and how do we fix it . This is such a waste of time. Acknowledging the alerts in Central
