We are more curious about 18.0 MR5. There are substantial (known) issues in MR4 and support has yet been unable to even figure out a workaround (let alone being competent enough to troubleshoot).

I am having the same issue. Over a month into troubleshooting TLS Decryption. Last support recommendation is to upgrade to MR5 to see if it fixes the issue. There is no evidence in the Release Notes that I'm going to see a change, so why should we spray and pray? There is very little analytic ability at this point. Not clear path forward on troubleshooting, jsut keep coming back to gather more logs and test on my dollar and time. VERY FRUSTRATED at this point with a CORE feature being unworkable since we upgraded to MR4.
