Avira AV pattern not updated

My Sophos XG210 (SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3) shows that Avira AV pattern is not updated since 2020/12/14. Sophos AV is updated.

What's going on? Is it a problem with my firewall or is it global?

    The reported issue with Avira patterns stopped updating on 14th December is now resolved with internal ID NC-66996.

    there is another thread which is reporting the issue is resolved. I have checked my XG and the Avira is now dated 19th Dec which is today.

    Hi all,

    another observation from today. The Avira signatures started to work at 18th and at 19th all updates stopped again. Today only savi updated once
    It seem as problem with update servers. Anyway I'm running 18.0.3 at the moment, not sure how other users with MR4 as it has one fix:

    NC-61206 [Up2Date Client] XG Fails To Fetch hotfixes/patterns : File /conf/certificate/u2dclient.pem Missing

    Anyway as home user it is not crucial for me and I'm not going to monitor it till January. Enjoy holidays.

    Hi Tomas,

    SAVI updated 2237 on the 20th and Avira updated at 0105 on the 20th, so yes there is still something wrong with the Avira updates as well as the Sophos updates because it is now 0839 on the 21st.

    My XG's update interval is set at 15 minutes.

    same here, just fixed, something has again messed up with the avira updates. Nothing happened from Dec. 19th until now Dec 21st.

    Isn't someone/something monitoring this service at Sophos?
