My Sophos XG210 (SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3) shows that Avira AV pattern is not updated since 2020/12/14. Sophos AV is updated.
What's going on? Is it a problem with my firewall or is it global?

Hi IT JL I checked with V18 MR-4 and V17.5.14 MR-14-1 and over both the appliances last update date is same which you have mentioned.For V18 MR-4:
For V17.5.14 MR-14-1:
I checked the V18 MR-4 up2date_av.log and found last update is around same time only and no any update later on received from Avira AV engine.

But it is strange that it takes 2 days without updating when before it was updated 7 or 9 times a day. There must be a reason.
I upgraded mr-4 yesterday the 16th, yet Avira and ATP have not updated since the 14th. Something is definitely wrong with the update process.

The reported issue with Avira patterns stopped updating on 14th December is now resolved with internal ID NC-66996.
