IMAP connection error

Hi guys,

I created an IMAP connection over port 993 to Office 365.  My goal is to read out my helpdesk mailbox and create tickets from these mails for my helpdesk ticketing system iTop.  

However iTop tells me the inbox is empty.    

I created 2 rules: 

[RULE 1] LAN (any) -> WAN  (any) -> Allow IMAP TCP traffic [SP]1:65535 [DP]993  | Masquerading all traffic to my fixed public IP address

[RULE 2] WAN (any) -> LAN (any) -> Allow IMAP TCP Traffic [SP]993 [DP]1:65535

When I test the connection, I see the following error in my Sophos log file:

Can't figure out why RULE 2 is not enough to let the traffic through. 

Both rules are on top of my list.
