VPN Settings Menu

Hi,

I'm using  XG135 (SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1) now. When I change the protocol type in VPN SETTINGS menu from TCP to UDP, and then press APPLY  key, None of the changes are saved. It is as if the changes are fixed by default. As the page refreshes in a short time but no change is made.

When the users login to the user portal, the SSL VPN configuration download links also do not work. This bug was tested in Chrome and Firefox browsers and did not work.

Please guide me.

  • thanks for your answer.

I used to use Cyberoam CR50ing before. When I bought the new device, Restore the cr50 backup to sophos. After doing this step, a problem was seen.

The following steps were reviewed in order:

1- Restart my firewall and test VPN Setting - Not OK

2- Restart VPN Service - Not OK

3- Run csc custom debug in console.

But I do not know how to use this file. This means that when I use the Trail or Less commands to view csc.log, I will not be able to see the possible error. Can you guide me to do this problem correctly?

    thanks a lot

  • Hello Mahmoud,

You would need to know the time you made the change and then using less, find an entry that points to the time you replicated the issue.
