Quarantine Digest release button points to Admin Console

I see this has been asked a few times but I have not seen an answer.

Sophos XG V18.0.3 MR-3

I have enabled the quarantine digest but when the user clicks the release button it wants to go to the admin console rather than the user portal.

This does not make sense.

Ideas?

as far as i know, this can't be changed. This changed in may since you can only release mails from the user portal.

Users have to click on "My account" in the report.

I have tried both options of Reference user portal IP, and the LAN IP of the gateway.

The value underneath is set to the gateway name which in my case is the bridge name between the wifi and lan network.

The Release button references the IP address but the admin port number rather than the user port number.

My admin portal is 8443 and user portal is 8444.

The Release button states https://x.x.x.x:8443/xxxxx
