Interface Lan Down/UP : ID 17813

Hi, i have a request for all Slight smile

Sometimes i have my interface (Port 1) who Down/UP ==> Sophos ID 17813

My Port 1

Under this interface , i have 3 VLAN

Conf VLAN (all vlan are the same configuration)

When this appears on night, no problem ... but in production, it happens 2-3 times in twenty minutes. It's possible for 3 weeks, nothing, and one day it happens again!

I wrote about this, Zone , interface Speed? i still did nothing about this problem

Have you an idea?

Sophos XG 125 :

SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3

My configuration : Router on port 2 WAN, Cisco 9200L on port 1 

On Switch , APX320 , Wyse DELL 3040, Printer , Desktop and Laptop + Phone VOIP.

    Hi Ian,

    thx for reply, i will check with my security manager tomorrow for this and changed his.

    Edit 02/12/202 : i am wainting for return of my security manager for this changement

    Edit 10/12/2020 : My security manager wainting for a support return about this who analysing my log.
