SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 SSL VPN dead

if you run from the Advanced shell

# service -S

Did you the SSL VPN service as DEAD?

 Are you running on HA? 

Is there any coredump under 

# ls /var/cores

SSLVPN is running in 18.3 but not able to access VPN from user machine. No dumps.

Oops, an other SSL VPN issue after upgrade to 18 MR3. Numbers are increasing.

@Andrew Laing:

there are several threads about this issue here. In some scenarios, it works if the users are recreated after the upgrade. This is no real solution but maybe worth a try. I ask you to open a case to rise up this issue at Sophos.

Please advise how to open a case, I cannot be bothered to re-create users - the upgrade must work properly.

I do agree that I have seen a few posts on the same issue.

You mentioned the SSL VPN is DEAD, however, users can connect to the SSL VPN if you create a NAT Rule?

Yes, if I create a fully open NAT rule to then users can connect to VPN in 18.0.3 - in 18.0.1 this NAT rule is not required and the standard setup procedure as detailed by SOPHOS works 100% correctly.
