I have a new user that needs access to the remote access vpn and when we try to go to the web page to download the client and config the web pages doesn't load. Did something change?
please confirm that on your XG firewall appliance at Administration > Device access in the WAN zone the checkbox next to User portal is ticked.

That did the trick. Thank you. Although I am curious how it got turned off. It has been on and we use it occasionally. Oh Well. Thank you again for the help
Yeah... sometimes I also feel as if my XG is doing whatever it wants to do.
