DPI SSL/TLS website alert

I am just now switching over from using the
web proxy to DPI engine and i am having one issue
where the only site that wont load on IOS Devices is
www.youtube.com getting (TLS handshake fatal alert: inappropriate fallback(86).)

using safari browser

tried the below from another post but still could not get it to work
(set http_proxy relay_invalid_http_traffic on)

all other device have no problems.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

I haven't seen that specific error.

Can you put ips.log in debug mode with the following command (has to be run from the advanced shell in the XG (5>3)

service ips:debug -ds nosync

And then try accessing youtube and check what the IPS.log says.

As per your last comment, is this affecting only a device?
