ESET No Updating

Hallo,

seit ein paar Tage funktioniert das Update beim ESET Client nicht mehr. Die ESET-Version ist die ESET Endpoint Security 7.3.2041.0.

Laut ESET soll die Firewall erhalten werden. Gibt es evtl. schon andere, dieses Problem haben / hatten?

Welche Einstellungen müssen vorgenommen werden

Zum Einsatz kommt eine Sophos XG Firewall.
