Down/uP port after sent conf to AP

Hi everybody ,

i have a BUG ? when a configuration sent to AP, just after it donw and up my port 1... My port1 has just my vlan for Data/VOIP/Supervision..... the user was connected by IPsec site to site and they lost their connection after that.

It's not the first time and my user was disconnected. It's bug? i need to change my vlan port ? :(

Likely your AP is doing a Bridge? Do you have Mesh or something enabled? This will cause (because of STP) a reconfiguration of your port.

Hi LuCar !

Just for information XG 125 18.0.1 MR 1 build 296

On my Port 2 i have my Wan, on my port 1 i have my 3 VLAN

Port 1 is connected to a switch cisco 9200L. On my switch i have my site production : Wyse, IP Phone, Laptop, Desktop, APX Sophos...

this "bug" arrived only Sophos sent a configuration to APX , just second or one minute later down and up my port.

Hi,

What version of AP software is your XG running? The latest version of XG is running a new version which might fix your issue. Though I do note that the 5ghz SSIDs still take a long time to come on line.
