I've got two things going on with Executive Reports right now on my XG that have me wondering. The weekly summary I get in my email comes in 3 times, each about 30m apart from each other. This just started happening after I upgraded to v18. Is there any options to have the Executive Reports come out like they do in the UTM, instead of the PDF that you get from the XG. I find the UTM reports much easier to read and more informative. The XG reports just make me want to hit DEL and ignore them, which doesn't make them useful at all. Is there any options to have the Executive Reports come out like they do in the UTM, instead of the PDF that you get from the XG. I find the UTM reports much easier to read and more informative. The XG reports just make me want to hit DEL and ignore them, which doesn't make them useful at all.

Hi,

what time are your reports generated. I did have that issue when I was under daylight savings time. I expect the issue to start again shortly.

There appears to be an issue with the tie used by the reports module which bears no real relationship to the time zone you are located in.

They are configured for Sun @ 6am, and I receive them at about 6:20, 6:50 and 7:20 (give or take a few min).

Hi,

check the time they are generated in the report itself, than have a look at the XG last time sent from the report tab.

I have found the pdf to be the best version of the XG reports,

The times on the reports vary the same and the emails. I'm wondering if deleting the scheduled report and recreating it will correct it. Like maybe its just a glitch from the v17 to v18 upgrade?

if you change your time zone to something, and then back it stops the duplicate reports... until you reboot.
