service crreport dead

I mean after update to 17.5.14 MR-14-1 (CR50iNG) asi red services indicator and detail say crreport dead. Trying start crreport service say 503 Service Failed. Command tail -f crreportdb.log show this:

9471 2020-09-23 14:30:06.643 CESTFATAL:  role "pgroot" does not exist
9464 2020-09-23 14:30:06.654 CESTLOG:  received fast shutdown request
9464 2020-09-23 14:30:06.654 CESTLOG:  aborting any active transactions
9468 2020-09-23 14:30:06.654 CESTLOG:  autovacuum launcher shutting down
9466 2020-09-23 14:30:06.655 CESTLOG:  shutting down
9466 2020-09-23 14:30:06.920 CESTLOG:  database system is shut down

I mean role pgroot does not exist is problem? What to do?

    As per the issue, you are having this is a known issue and there is patch available, please open a support ticket and mention you would like the patch for NC-63560.

    After you open the case please send me the Case ID so I can follow-up!

    This only affects Cyberroam devices which never flushed their reports after migrating to SFOS.
