Mail quarantined(X-CTCH-Spam: Confirmed, root cause of quarantine?

Hi All,

Current setup: Sophos XG230, SFOS 17.5.11 MR-11, mail scanning inbound/outbound enabled. 
Our CEO noticed from one of his mail conversations, outbound mail is being quarantined. 

I have checked the email, left out the attachments, same story. Copied the complete mail to a new mail, issue still persists. 
In the log file i see:

MSG   Sep 17 09:13:24 [1kIo6d-0001fm-Ax]: spam scanning result: 'Confirmed spam'

How can I see on which "spam classification desicion" this e-mail is being quarantined?
