Mail quarantined(X-CTCH-Spam: Confirmed, root cause of quarantine?

Hi All,

Current setup: Sophos XG230, SFOS 17.5.11 MR-11, mail scanning inbound/outbound enabled.
Our CEO noticed from one of his mail conversations, outbound mail is being quarantined.

I have checked the email, left out the attachments, same story. Copied the complete mail to a new mail, issue still persists.
In the log file i see:

MSG Sep 17 09:13:24 [1kIo6d-0001fm-Ax]: spam scanning result: 'Confirmed spam'

How can I see on which "spam classification desicion" this e-mail is being quarantined?

Do you use certain Links in the Email? XG will scan for Links and mark them as Spam, if there are such.

UTM and XG uses the same module, so please report them als false-positive. https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000034302?language=en_US

Not specific links, only in mail signature. links are trusted sites.
