"Service 'OpenVPN Service' (OpenVPNServiceInteractive) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services."

Good Afternoon,

My company is in the middle of deploying Sophos Connect across our devices.  Several machines have been receiving the message "Service 'OpenVPN Service' (OpenVPNServiceInteractive) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." towards the end of the installation process (during the Starting services portion).  This has been happening despite running the install as Administrator, and even with users who ARE Administrators.  I have also double-checked the Local Security Policy ("Log On As A Service") to make sure the users have this permission as well, and checked for Windows Updates as well.

Anything else I should check?
