VOIP Routing

We are ready to deploy our XG210 but have one last rule we need to put in but can't get it right.

I need to push all VOIP traffic across a specific WAN interface, coming in and going out. We have a specific VLAN setup for the VOIP network and this is a totally cloud-based system. We tried an IPv4 policy route but that did not work. It actually blocked all traffic to that subnet.

Any thoughts or has anyone done this before?

Thanks!!

    Hi Richard Pratchard,

For outbound VOIP traffic it is possible to use specific WAN interface with User/Network firewall rule. In Advanced setting section of the firewall rule you have to NAT the traffic to that specific WAN interface.

You need DNAT rule if your PBX server is hosted in your local network.

    Thanks,
