Disk Utilization high. Possible cause deamons crashing and leaving debugging info in /var/storage/cores

Hi guys,

on the cli, how can I track (show status), that the deamons are doing their jobs creating debugging info or when that crash.

Can I remove the files in /var/storage/cores/ without precussions ?
