SOPHOS-XG SMTP MODE MTA

hi ,

we have install SOPHOS XG with SFOS 17.1.0 GA Firmware , in MTA mode , we want to use sophos xg as mail relay for external computers .

we use this docmentation for configure inbound and out bound emails

the probleme is when we want to send mail with smtp auth , we have error like " Relay access denied "  .

with telnet session authentication telnet sophos-ip 25  should be give the following:

250-AUTH LOGIN

but in my case , we have  result actually looks like this: 

250-mail.example.com Hello there [X.X.X.X]
250 STARTTLS

any help please .
