No internet access for our site after updating from MR-1 to MR-3. Spend some time troubleshooting, but had to revert back to MR-1 and everything came back up fine. Did not have a large enough downtime windows to try to find the issue. Suspect NAT / Policy issue but everything looked the same after the update. WAN interface could ping out, but LAN interfaces could not pass traffic across the WAN link.
Hi Squaxin Info Services,
Did you open a support case for further investigation and support for the firmware update during the maintenance window? Or did you collect any logs from the firewall in the broken state that might help us identify the issue?
I'm also following up with you via PM to collect more information.
Thanks,
