For the past several weeks we've been having an issue loading YouTube videos. We have "Warn" set for the Streaming Media category so users need to click on "Proceed" when using sites such as YouTube. Once on the YouTube site, when a user clicks on a video, they're getting the following message in the video portion of the screen - "An error occurred, please try again later.". Clicking on random videos does sometimes work but it's very sporadic. Disabling web control in the Sophos agent allows the videos to play and they also load significantly quicker. Also, changing the web control policy via the Enterprise Console to disable full web control also results in the same thing so it's definitely the Sophos Web Appliance that is the issue. We've had multiple issues over time by using the "Warn" setting as far as having to go to the actual video hosting sites to "Proceed" before an embedded video works but this seems like a different problem as it's directly on the YouTube site. Anyone else having these problems? We can't be the only ones... Thanks in advance for any information.
