The the web gateway allow you to configure youtube for schools like described in this article?

Bumping this message. It would be good to know if the web appliance is going to be able to support youtube for schools.

Hi Guys,
A youtube for schools feature is on the roadmap for the Sophos Web Appliance. The target release for this feature is version 3.7.1 - although this is subject to change I would expect to see it in the upcoming months.

I see support for youtube fore schools has been included in v3.7.1 but is currently set as a global policy. I dont suppose this feature could find its way into a group policy if there currently isnt already a method of just enforcing it for particular user groups?

Hi tallwood,
Sorry but at the moment this is only a global option so it affects all users.
If you have multiple appliances you could consider having a seperate appliance for management/teacher traffic.
