Unexpected Potentially Unwanted Program Categorization

Question

Hi Sophos Community, 
 New Sophos user here in an established environment, looking into new issue for me. The domain bolindadigital.com and bo.bolindadigital.com look to have been added to the Potentially Unwanted Program Category. 
 I have looked at the public blacklists and not found any issue there. 
 Can someone please tell me why this is the case?

 If you think these websites are incorrectly categorized, please follow the steps mentioned below: 
 
 Visit the Submit a Sample page. 
 Click Web Address (URL) . 
 Provide the required details. 
 Click the button Submit URL . 
 
 Note: Submitted categorization requests will be reviewed and re-classified as quickly as possible, though it may take up to five business days once a site has been re-classified, for it to be available on your Sophos product.
