Hello

since today when I go to www.google.com, Sophos tries to download something and gets stuck, image attached an idea ?

The SWA displays a "patience page" when it tries to download something that is taking a long time. Given that it is taking 15 seconds to download a small file suggests there is something else wrong.

You can turn off the patience page in Accounts, Notification Page Options. If you do that the image (or whatever it is that is failing to download) won't appear at all however the rest of the page should.

actually it works ! thanks , it gives me time to look for the problem without disturbing users
