2U chassis with 8 FleXi Port bays and a maximum of 64 ports. Hot swappable SSD hard drives, redundant power supplies and fans.

It does however come from a different manufacturer and therefore it has different FleXi Ports to the other 2U models in our portfolio.

The target market for the XG750 is large enterprises, datacenters and MSPs.

I think is just a commercial choice. The XG 750 is always a x86 Intel Platform, so if you install UTM SW version, it should work. Compared to SG 650, 750 has more power and can cover other nice business that at the moment you are not able to cover with only one SG appliance.

From the XG sales partner online course -> XG750 device is not manufactured in the same Taiwan factory like other SG/XG models.

thank you for your answer. This is a good challenge for Sophos, because the XG 750 is the biggest Appliance and works only with SFOS. Hope that already in summer time, the XG has nice feature and is the alterative to UTM.

No, UTM v9.4 will not support the XG750.

There will most likely never be an SG750, only the XG750 and this will only be supported by SFOS.
