AP50 slow, latency high and ping failed every few seconds

Don't know why and how.

I never have this problem before, just since yesterday. My wifi network is very slow. When I tried to ping the wifi gateway, I got disconnected or time out every few seconds and ping latency is very large. Normally I get 2-3ms, right now 60ms or longer.

CPU is very low. Traffic only 2-3M, I have a 100M internet and the wire network has no problem.

What is wrong?

Thanks for the feedback.

1 Nothing wrong with the wireless protection log as I tried to disable thee wireless protection.

2 Happened on all clients and all APs

3 not only apple device. Laptops, tablet...

4 Yes, changed settings. But I changed back. Tried reboot UTM

no clues.
