AP issue

Unable to connect AP on sophos utm

Is there any limitation on 9.605-1 UTM latest firmware. Some user on LAN is not able to connect AP. Those users are using Microsoft surface book. Other user with different device are able to connect AP.

Are you seeing an error saying "Can't connect to this network" or is there any other error? Please share a screenshot of the error and also relevant Wireless logs which will display any failed connection.
