AP-ENABLED but no SSID being broadcasted

Hi,

Can't get it working on my current config and after restoring to factory settings. Have another Atheros card but different model and it works fine. 

Because the miniPCIe card is connected to  miniPCIe -> PCIe x1 adapter i though it could be antenna but after attaching another antennas directly to the card still no SSID is being broadcasted. 

The card is QCA9880-BR4A using ath10k_pci kernel module.
